In “Groovement”, we focus on groundedness, three-dimensionality, softness and articulation.
“Groovement” is an individual practice that respects one’s natural anatomy and therefore is suitable for everyBody.
This is approached with set tasks and guided improvisation to tune the body into specific sensations and qualities, with consciousness and precision.
In the practice, we enhance body-awareness, discover and rediscover our patterns and challenge our range of motion, dynamics, levels, space, density and intensity.
